Park and Recreation
 The
Borough's Park and Recreation Department provides many park services, facilities and recreational programs for the residents of Gettysburg and the surrounding townships. In
addition to maintaining the Borough's 52 acre park the department organizes year round sports and recreation programs for people of all ages.
Recreation Park
The 52 acre recreation park located at 545 Long Lane in Gettysburg is home to 7 baseball and softball fields, one football field, 3 pavilions, 2
basketball courts, 3 playgrounds, an amphitheater a 20 station fitness trail and a skate park. A walking park will be added soon.
