GMA Management and Customer Service

Gettysburg Municipal Authority staff take great pride in the service we provide to our customers, and make every effort to respond speedily to each inquiry we receive. Our Customer Service Staff currently consists of 3 full time office employees and one full time Service employee. This staff is responsible for billing, reading meters, responding to inquiries, ordering supplies, payroll, and many other daily duties.
